Ideal for larger spaces or areas where mounting multiple heaters is impractical, the Shadow FatBoy Patio Heater utilizes infrared heat from short wave lamps, ensuring efficient heating of objects rather than just the air. This means windy conditions won’t diminish its stunning heat performance. Moreover, with an IP65 rating, it’s rainproof and suitable for various outdoor environments. It comes with an L-shaped mounting bracket and fixings pack for easy installation.
It’s got 1.8 meters of electrical cable and a UK plug, so you’re all set with EU regulations. The extra-large parabolic reflector gives you top-notch efficiency and power, and changing the lamp is a breeze with the EasyFit system.

Make sure it’s in a well-ventilated area.
Keep at least 0.4 meters of clearance from ceilings/roofs.
Keep at least 0.5 meters of clearance from adjacent walls/fabrics.
Keep the bottom edge at least 1.8 meters off the floor.
If you’re using it in a commercial spot or for long periods, please consult with an electrician. They might recommend hardwiring it into a 20A fused spur for optimal performance.

Most orders received by noon (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched on the same day, subject to stock availability. To check the status of your order, please see the My Orders page. Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually first class post or courier. Orders should generally be delivered within 2 or 3 working days of the dispatch date. This service is free of charge on all orders over £40 (ex VAT) or is otherwise charged at £3.95.
For urgent orders, we offer next working day delivery is available from Monday – Friday. Orders must be placed before 4 pm to ensure delivery the next day (Monday-Thursday). This service is available at checkout for £7.95. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 9.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday to accept delivery. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.

All LED products come with a minimum 1-year warranty from date of delivery, some products offer an extended warranty period as offered by the manufacturer. Any fault or failure within the warranty period should be reported as soon as possible, you will then be offered a free of charge replacement or refund, whichever your preference. Please note that the product must have been used for its intended purpose and all operating instructions must have been followed. Please retain any lamps that have failed within the warranty period, as we may require these back for testing.
Warranty does not cover failure caused by accidental damage, breakage, misuse, abnormal use or use outside its intended purpose.
